REVIEWNET SPARE TIME TECH CHALLENGE Official Rules
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
The "REVIEWNET SPARE TIME TECH CHALLENGE" (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00:01 A.M. Eastern Standard Time ("EST") on April 15, 2017 (the "Sweepstakes Start Date") and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. EST on August 31, 2017 (the "Sweepstakes End Date"). A random drawing of all contestants including all categories from the Sweepstakes will be conducted to choose the prize winner.
2. ELIGIBILITY:
Participants must be a WizardHunt Member and satisfy the specific eligibility requirements for membership. The Sweepstakes is only open to individuals who are legally authorized to work in the United States, who are at least 21 years of age and, if entering online, logging onto the Internet from the United States. Employees, officers and directors of WizardHunt, REVIEWNET CORPORATION, Sweepstakes Sponsors, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, fulfilment and marketing agencies, and their immediate families (defined as spouse, child, sibling, parent, or grandparent) and related persons living in their same households are NOT eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. By entering the Sweepstakes participants agree to sign an agreement releasing, discharging and holding harmless WizardHunt, ReviewNet, Sweepstakes Sponsors, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from among other items, any injury, loss or damages of any kind that may arise out of participation in the Sweepstakes or out of the acceptance, use, misuse or possession of prizes. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sweepstakes judges, which are final and binding in all respects. Void where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
3. HOW TO ENTER:
a. The Sweepstakes consists of several different technology assessments and each contestant may take each assessment one (1) time during the Sweepstakes. In order to participate, entrants will access the Launch Page on the ReviewNet Spare Time Tech Challenge website (http://sparetime.wizardhunt.net). To participate in a Sweepstakes, you must be a WizardHunt member. Registration as a WizardHunt member requires your legal first and last name, and your valid e-mail address. Additional information is required to claim an award. Upon completion of an assessment, you will immediately be entered in a drawing for a chance to win a Prize. You will earn one (1) additional entry per contest by providing feedback on the questions within the contest. Limit one prize per person.
b. REVIEWNET CORPORATION and WizardHunt are not responsible and may disqualify any entries that are late, incomplete or misdirected. All entries become the sole property of ReviewNet and WizardHunt. By entering this Sweepstakes you have agreed to a free registration in WizardHunt. All Internet entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. The Authorized account holder is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Potential winners may be required to provide REVIEWNET CORPORATION, with proof that they are the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the potentially winning entry. This is an electronic challenge sponsored by the Sweepstakes Sponsor(s) and ReviewNet.
4. Sweepstakes SPONSORS:
The Sweepstakes has specific Sweepstakes Sponsors (ReviewNet Promotional Partners). Depending on the level of Sponsorship, Sponsors can choose to sponsor the contest for the entire Sweepstakes or some specified portion of the Sweepstakes. Sponsors can also be referred to as ReviewNet Promotional Partners. The Sweepstakes Sponsors are identified on the Sponsors page for the Sweepstakes on the WizardHunt website www.wizardhunt.net.
5. WINNER SELECTION, DRAWINGS AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS:
A random drawing of all eligible contestants participating in the Sweepstakes will be conducted to choose the winner of the Sweepstakes. Winners of the Sweepstakes will be notified within 30 days of the Sweepstakes End Date. Limit one prize per person. Winners will be sent their prize-winning notification via electronic mail (e-mail), to the e-mail address set forth in their WizardHunt Member profile. Winners may be disqualified if: (a) they provided an incorrect e-mail address or otherwise cannot be contacted; (b) they fail to: (i) comply with these Official Rules, (ii) respond to the e-mail winner notification within seventy-two hours of transmittal of the notification, (iii) claim a prize, (iv) sign the required release; or (c) if the prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable. In each such case, an alternate winner will be selected. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for ReviewNet and its promotional partners to use Winner's name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law and each Winner agrees to sign a release granting ReviewNet and its promotional partners such promotional rights. By entering the Sweepstakes, you authorize ReviewNet and its contractors to list your name, city and state on the winners list, pending eligibility confirmation, should your entry be drawn.
6. PRIZES AVAILABLE:
(Odds of winning in the REVIEWNET SPARE TIME TECH CHALLENGE are based on the total number of qualified entries received.)
Grand Prize: One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all eligible participants to receive a Samsung Chromebook 3. The approximate retail value of the prize is $179.99. All expenses and costs associated with the acceptance or use of the prize are the responsibility of the winner. Prizes are not transferable.
Refer a Friend Prize: In the event that the winner of the Grand Prize was referred to WizardHunt by a current WizardHunt member and the Grand Prize winner used the referral link to sign up to WizardHunt, that WizardHunt member listed as the referrer will receive a Samsung Chromebook 3. The approximate retail value of the prize is $179.99. All expenses and costs associated with the acceptance or use of the prize are the responsibility of the winner. Prizes are not transferable. Only the first referrer to refer a new member will be eligible to receive the Refer a Friend Prize. Any attempt to use multiple email addresses to boost referral entries will result in the disqualification of all entries into the contest.
Prizes are not transferable. No substitution of prizes except by ReviewNet, which may provide a prize of equal or greater value.
7. WINNERS LIST:
The list of Winners will be located on www.wizardhunt.net.
8. MISCELLANEOUS:
Sponsors and REVIEWNET CORPORATION are not responsible for any problems, error, omission, interruption, defect, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries or technical malfunction of any communications network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by REVIEWNET on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, any combination thereof, or otherwise, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes, as solely determined by the judges, will be disqualified. If disqualified for any of the above abuses, Sponsors and REVIEWNET CORPORATION reserve the right to terminate an individual's eligibility to participate in this Sweepstakes and future Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE Sweepstakes MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, REVIEWNET RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event any portion of this Sweepstakes is compromised by virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, technical failure or other cause s beyond the control of Sponsor or REVIEWNET CORPORATION which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor or REVIEWNET CORPORATION, corrupts, or impairs the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Promotion, Sponsor and REVIEWNET CORPORATION reserve the right in their sole discretion to cancel, modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes.
9. TAX INFORMATION:
All taxes, fees, and surcharges on prizes won are the sole responsibility of the winner.
10. COPYRIGHT AND LIMITATIONS ON DISCLOSURE AND USE:
The content, including without limitation, the questions and answers, other text, all data, images, audio and video files, graphics, and other materials used in the Sweepstakes and this related site (the "Content") is the property of ReviewNet or its Content providers. The Content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws, and may be displayed on your computer monitor only for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with the Sweepstakes. You agree not to print, copy, store, save, reproduce, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or retransmit, distribute, disseminate, download, sell, publish, broadcast, or circulate the Content to anyone, including but not limited to others in the same company or organization, without the express prior written consent of ReviewNet. You also agree that you shall not use any automated or manual means, including without limitation, the use of any site search or retrieval application to "spider" this site, to retrieve, index, or in any way circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of this site. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved to ReviewNet or its Content providers.
11. PRIVACY STATEMENT:
Sponsors and ReviewNet are the sole sponsors of this contest event. Any personal information collected will not be sold, traded, or rented to others (third parties). ReviewNet may use your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address to notify you if you enter and win a contest on our site. Sponsors and REVIEWNET may use your personally identifiable information to send you future communications, including, without limitation, contest-related communications, to ask for your help on new contests or Challenges, to ask your opinion and to send you information about products and services which they and their partners offer. Sweepstakes Judges may have access to your contest results and profile to determine eligibility for Finalist Round competition and winning. Sweepstakes Sponsors may serve as Sweepstakes Judges.
